This Valentine’s Day Cinnamon Roll Bake is soft, gooey, and filled with cinnamon warmth. Made with fluffy cinnamon rolls soaked in a creamy vanilla custard, it bakes into a comforting dish perfect for Valentine’s morning, brunch, or a sweet moment shared with someone you love.
Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Butter or nonstick spray for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a baking dish.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and spread them evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces, making sure all are coated.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until puffed, golden, and set in the center.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Drizzle the icing over the warm bake, allowing it to melt into the cracks.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
For extra indulgence, add strawberries or chocolate chips before baking. This bake can be assembled the night before and baked fresh in the morning. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
