Description

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely diced

Instructions

  1. Wash, hull, and finely dice the strawberries. Set aside to drain slightly.
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

  5. Slice each croissant horizontally, keeping one side attached.
