- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch until smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheeses.
- Spread mixture into a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for extra flavor. Adjust buffalo sauce to control heat. This dip can be made ahead and baked just before serving. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
