Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook onion and ground beef in a skillet until browned.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stir in garlic, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream.
- Spread beef mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
