This Creamy Buffalo Chicken Dip with Shredded Chicken is rich, cheesy, and perfectly spicy. Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in shredded chicken and half of the cheeses.
- Spread mixture into baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and melted.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 4 days and reheat gently before serving.
