- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken and half of the mozzarella and cheddar.
- Spread mixture into the prepared dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Adjust buffalo sauce to control spice level. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
